Our cozy home is part of a charming neighborhood in South Broad Ripple (SoBro) called Canterbury Park. Fun fact: Indy’s own David Letterman grew up right across the street! Walkable from Canterbury Park and the Monon Trail, our 1940s home has all the charm of an older home with updated amenities and a mid-century modern feel. We offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit, including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, board games and a record player with Bluetooth speakers.

Jennifer is a great host. She accomodates guests with requests and is always ready to help. The house is super modern and clean.K Cups, creamers, condiments, dishes, pots and pans and a wonderful gas stove for amateur chefs. I've stayed at this air bnb several times, and it is always a great experience.
